Return Policy for Voltasonali Furniture

At Voltasonali Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your furniture, we offer a clear and easy-to-follow return process. Below is a summary of our return policy:
1. Return Timeframe
- Standard Returns: You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging (unless it was removed for inspection).
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Note: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us at info@voltasonali.com or call us at (704) 730-0231 to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Step 2: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Step 3: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund or replacement as per your request.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Voltasonali Furniture will cover return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom and Personalized Furniture: These items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged during transit.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased at a clearance price are not eligible for return.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or color, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that we cannot exchange items directly.
